Accelerate your innovation project from 0 to 100 in 6 months? Start by May first and get results before November!
The teams that already participated in our CRCF sponsored research project have helped to demonstrate that innovation teams get better results faster, if they know what to work on, when, and how.
Now, we would like to go one step further. Can we predict the likelihood a team will get to concrete results within 6 months? That is, with the completion of the business case, can we make an accurate prediction of the likelihood that a team will deliver on the plans as stated in that business case?
Who is up for this challenge?
To be clear, we will not execute the innovation project for you. Our platform, which comes with 1:1 support from an innovation expert, acts as your innovation project manager, so your project team knows what to work on, when, and how.
Costs and conditions
Thanks to the CRCF/CIT research grant, Organizing4Innovation can offer access to the T4 online training and 1:1 support for up to 4 months to 1-5 teams per organization, for a fee of $175 per team. Whereas such support otherwise would cost $795 per team per month. The grant supports teams to create a project description and business case.
We are willing to offer an additional month of support, to the teams that produce the business case within 3 months and that come up with a development timeline that yields the first outcome within the next 3 months. That is, for teams that are on track to deliver a solution within 6 months, Organizing4Innovation is willing to provide the fourth month of full support for the implementation, under the assumption the team thereafter would commit to paying $795/month for the remaining months to conclude the implementation.
At any time, a project team may leave the program.
Ideal teams have a:
- Talented employee – who would like to explore their idea for a new offering, application of a new tool, etc.
- Team members who can commit between 1-3 hours each week (share workload as a team)
- Committed champion at the management level

"It was a good exercise. Floor asked good probing questions that got me thinking. It refined my outlook on my practice and I profited from evaluating the opportunity. I certainly would recommend participating in the training program, especially when the right opportunity comes along.”
"The weekly meetings and progress reports created a sense of urgency that helped us to make things happen."
If you have an early-stage team interesting in participating, book a demo to discuss:
- Expectations about participation in this T4 research project
- Any questions you may have about the research opportunity or the support we provide
- A demo of the platform
- Potential team(s)
- The time frame
Interested participants should contact us a.s.a.p.– as participating teams must make a start before May 1st, 2021.
We look forward to working with you!
