Description

System integrators have always been at the forefront of technological advances, yet, they typically apply innovations and new technologies developed by others. Nowadays, system integrators are increasingly seeking to develop their own innovation function to support the generation and reliable implementation of new systems, services, and business models. In this session we will address what it takes to build and innovation engine that delivers. That is creating a sustainable, effective, and efficient innovation framework and process to bring ideas to practice, given the unique capabilities and organizational make up of system integrators.

Prior to the session, participants will complete an innovation management maturity assessment to identify opportunities to improve their innovation capabilities. During this interactive session, participants will begin to design and develop a reliable innovation management system within their own organization. One that supports the generation of new services and business models that address their client’s current and future challenges.
