WHAT WE COLLECT
We get information about you in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us. We collect your name, email address as well as other information you directly give us by submitting data, paying your subscription, answering questions, filling out forms or downloading information from our Site or the T4|YIP platform.
Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources. We may combine this with the information we have.
Information Automatically Collected: We automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when visiting our Site or upon accessing the T4|YIP Platform, we log browser type, browser language, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site.
Cookies: We may log information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. EMAIL, NEWSLETTER, MARKETING MESSAGES & SUBSCRIPTION
We use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the “WHAT WE COLLECT” above.
Any email marketing messages we send are done so through Active Campaign, an email marketing service provider. Active Campaign is a third-party software application that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations, will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

All of Our servers are currently in the United States, and we aren’t able to process your information within the borders of any other country.
