The Implement program is for teams that have a tested solution in place that is ready to be commercialized. It can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months, depending on the complexity of your sales process.

Coaching as part of the Implement program

You and your team will have the support of O4I-certified coach to guide you through the Implement step of your innovation journey. The role of the coach is to help you to switch from develop to delivery modus, create a sales pitch, win your first client(s), deliver the solution, seek feedback, write case studies and keep you on track.
